Located amidst the Vindhya ranges with a
series of ridges running through it, the impressive setting of Bandhavgarh
National Park is sure to spellbound. Spread across an area of 448 sq. km,
the Bandhavgarh National Park is haven to a variety of wild species
including nilgai, wild boar, jackal, guar, sambar and porcupine. In addition
to this it also echoes with the chirping of a variety of feathered species.

too far away from Kanha. Bandhavgarh National Park with 25 resident tigers
and was noted for its high-density tiger population. About half the
Bandhavgarh Park is covered with fine stands of sal, while mixed forests are
found in the higher reaches of the hills.
